A note from Lydia
Perimenopause is something I'd heard about, of course. But I didn't really understand how deeply it impacts women's lives, or how much it changes them, until I met Natasha. She joined my most recent group coaching cohort, and ever since, we've been saying we need to host an event together. Now is finally the time.
Natasha, founder of Life2Edit, and Alaa, founder of Alayo Circle, are both LYF alumni. Watching women from our community go on to build their own circles and lead conversations like this one is exactly what LYF is about. I'm so excited to host this morning with them, and I can't wait to see you there.

Sisterhood · Joy · Growth · Intentional fun
About Alayo Circle
Alayo Circle is a community of women who show up for each other. Built on four pillars:

Sisterhood
A circle where no woman has to figure life out alone.
Joy
Making room for celebration, laughter and the good things in life.
Growth
Learning, evolving and becoming more of who we are, together.
Intentional fun
Gatherings with meaning, good company and a lot of heart.

Our special guest
Meet Natasha Meyer
Certified Menopause Coach · Workplace Champion · CPD Training Provider
Natasha is a certified menopause coach, midlife and longevity specialist, and founder of Life2Edit. Her work began with her own experience of confusion, misdiagnosis and a lack of honest information, so she retrained and built the resource she wished she'd had. She now supports women, couples and organisations across the UK and internationally, with an approach that's evidence-based, deeply personal and focused on midlife as a powerful next chapter.
The conversation we should have had years ago
When we got our first period, someone sat us down (or handed us a leaflet) and explained what was happening.
Nobody mentioned what comes next.
So now, women in their 30s, 40s and 50s are discovering perimenopause the hard way: through brain fog in the middle of a meeting, sleep that won't come, mood swings, weight changes and a body that suddenly plays by new rules. Many of us are shocked to learn it can begin years before menopause itself, and that much of what we do now shapes how we'll feel then.
Who should join us
Women in their 30s and above, and yes, women in their 20s too. The earlier you understand this season, the better you can prepare for it. Come for yourself, and bring a friend, sister or colleague who needs to hear it.
What we'll cover
- What perimenopause and menopause really are, when they can start, and the signs to look out for
- What you can do now to protect your health and give yourself the best chance of moving through this season feeling strong
- How to support your energy, sleep, focus and mood
- How this stage can affect your finances, career and business, and the decisions to make now so you're prepared when you get there
- How to have better conversations with your doctor, partner and workplace
You plan for your retirement. Your health deserves a plan too.
Join us on Saturday 7 November at Korma Sutra Restaurant and Cafe, Dubai. Snacks and drinks are provided. Just bring yourself and your questions.
